Office Time: 7:30 pm - 4:30 am

Role Overview: As a Telesales Agent, you will serve as the main liaison for our US clients. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering effective communication, and delivering services that consistently meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Maintain consistent communication and provide regular project updates to clients.

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality assurance and timely updates.

  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery processes.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives and targets.

  • Gain an understanding of US business practices and cultural nuances to better serve our clients.

  • Be available for flexible working hours, including mandatory night shifts.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • O Level
    • A Level
    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At most 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 18 to 40 years

  • Customer Support

  • Computer Proficiency

  • Excellent Communication in English (Both written and verbal)

  • Fluency in English must!

  • Experienced Call Center Executive with strong English skills
