দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, confident, and results-driven Telesales Specialists to join our International Operations team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting, strong computer proficiency, and prior experience in an international call center or customer care environment.

Shift: Day Shift & Night Shift

Time: (9pm-6am) / (6am-2pm) / (2pm-11pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members and management to achieve business goals.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Accounting & Information System

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 21 to 30 years
  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting is required.
  • Must be proficient in using computers, MS Office, email, and internet applications.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Call Center or Customer Care is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to work in Day Shift or Night Shift.
  • Training Period: Selected candidates must complete a 1-week unpaid training period before confirmation.
